Episode 050 – Oma Ojiaku from Meals by Oma

Meals by Oma is a community-based initiative dedicated to promoting healthy eating habits and poverty alleviation through skill-building. They work closely with children in the community, offering fun and engaging cooking sessions where kids learn how to prepare healthy meals from scratch. Through these hands-on workshops, children not only gain valuable life skills like cooking and nutrition but also build confidence, creativity, and a sense of independence.
