Waterloo Region Climate Initiatives focuses on the food system, and how animal agriculture is destructive to the climate, environment, and biodiversity. But they’re also part of a collaborative of climate groups in Waterloo Region. The collaborative members take on all kinds of different facets of climate action, but Waterloo Region Climate Initiatives takes on the food system. Mo Markham tells us all about it.
