Oz Cole-Arnal

Oz Cole-Arnal started Alliance Against Poverty as Jubilee Wedge in 2008, to redistribute money from the “haves” to the “have very little”. But AAP is not just a sharing group, it’s a direct action group that advocates for free transit; fair, affordable and secure housing for everyone; and a Universal Basic Income.

The book mentioned by Bob is The Spirit Level by Kate Pickett and Richard Wilkinson.

Alliance Against Poverty is helping to collect donations for the Unsheltered Campaign. You can contribute at Unsheltered Campaign | Civic Hub Waterloo Region.
